Phoenix Carpet Care & Restoration LLC has been serving the West Valley since 2011. We started with a clear goal: deliver honest, thorough cleaning work that homeowners and property managers could count on. From day one, this has been a local, family owned and operated business, and that has never changed.

When we launched, we had the opportunity to take on large commercial accounts across Arizona. That early experience put us in front of high-traffic spaces where results had to be consistent and professional every single time. We carried those same standards back into every residential home and smaller property we serve today.

Our core services cover the cleaning needs most West Valley households deal with regularly. We clean carpet, tile, and grout. We handle upholstery cleaning for sofas, chairs, and other fabric surfaces. When water damage strikes, we provide water extraction to help limit the damage fast. Each service uses equipment and methods matched to the surface and the soil level we find on-site.

We work across a wide stretch of the West Valley, including Buckeye, Surprise, Avondale, Sun City, Peoria, Goodyear, Youngtown, Sun City West, El Mirage, Litchfield Park, and Waddell. If you are in one of these communities, we are likely already working near you.
